A duo from DC and some of the best punk/rock I've heard in a loooooooong time.

Harry Styles Treat People with Kindness, I don’t think it was very popular but I love love love listening to that in the car full volume when I’m by myself.

I agree there needs to be a shared definition of banger. I personally think of upbeat/fast songs that get a lot of radio play, that most people can't help but belt out in the car and/or dance to when they hear them, and they get stuck in their head.

Going by my own definition, the ones I can think of are:

Chapell Roan -- Pink Pony Club
Lizzo - Truth Hurts
Dua Lipa -- Levitating and Don't Start Now
Rachel Platten -- Fight Song
Golden from the K pop movie

And I agree there were a lot more of these from 2000-2015!

Not sure it qualifies as a banger but for me "Smooth Sailin'" by Leon Bridges is something I can listen to on repeat - such a cool song.
