Not sure if you live in some random red state with no requirements for vaccines for public schooling but in DC and Maryland you are required to submit proof of vaccination upon enrolling your child. I had one vaccine listed outside of the consolidated record and you would better believe that the school nurse followed up with me to make sure I sent proof of that last vaccine.

Nope...Minnesota allows exemptions for for personal or religious beliefs.

I know. Doing my genealogy I saw so many children who died of diptheria before they were 10 years old in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It is also a horrible death.
