Yes, it really did. And he did so for 7 years. Between his compensation and those of the so called professional players now LU is in an insurmountable financial hole.

Is there a legal way of saving that club/organization?

Heard the team can’t find a coach now, hearing maybe a player/coach is the best they might do.

While this wouldn’t surprise anybody given the clubs track record, I think they know they are on thin ice with what’s left of their roster and any potential new roster additions. They absolutely must make a legitimate hire to prove they are for real. Lots of eyes on this move.

You need a PRO license to coach in USL-C and above.

What a mess and it seems that things maybe finally caught up with him.

It will be interesting to see where Loudoun United ends up - do they volunteer to drop down to USL1 from USLC? That might be a better fit for them overall. It was mentioned before, but comparing the experience at Segra Field to Highmark Field where the Riverhounds play is night and day. Especially since they announced a large stadium expansion as well.

It think USL1 would suit them, plus it could become a good rivalry with the Richmond Kickers who dropped down when USL1 first came on the seen. It has been beneficial for the Kickers - crowds are about the same as before, but the expenses make more sense.

They don’t have any say. The league will automatically demote all underperforming teams such as Loudoun.

And they will be demoted. USL announced last summer that a promotion relegation system is coming in their structure:

USL D1 - first tier
USL Championship - second tier
USL League One - third tier

Begs the question, will Coach Ryan and those players accept a reduction in financial compensation for whatever it is they believe they do?

Coach Ryan won’t be back - by his choice - can’t get away from this leadership team fast enough.

Official now with LU post… funny how they worded it with “mutual” because saying unilateral decision by Coach would not be too enticing for future prospects, right?

once again insider info for the win.

Sorry state of affairs for NoVa though.

He just signed with Oakland Roots

The Oakland deal was 99% done when I made the post. He had other potential options that were appealing but there was a 0.00% chance he was coming back to the clown show.

Hold on, this guy is banging all these moms while their kids are on the team?

He was just providing a "pathway" to the next level I guess

Cheated on this pregnant wife with 4 different women, two of whom were moms of his 07G black team. Names were dropped. Screenshots were taken. Moderator deleted a post about also engaging minors. Investigations are allegedly en course also for fraud and embezzlement. Not a good look for Jim either as all of this happened under his wing.

Let’s not forget he’s shacking up with a mom of 2 active VR players. Mom dumped the husband and NE moved in. Karma will get them all.

First domino has fallen. Let the exodus of players begin….

Most can’t get out of here fast enough.

Who’s the first domino? Direktor been gone after the extramarital affairs and embezzlement

It is right there at the bottom.

Wasn’t the post that was quoted.
