I’d say the boat/rape scene in Cape Fear, the final scene in Fallen, the alien in the kids’ bday party scene in Signs, and of course classics like Buffalo Bill in a human suit in Silence of the Lambs and the spider walking in The Exorcist. I grew up on scary movies and Twilight Zone, love this stuff.

An aside - note how many of us picked rape scenes from movies. I have never understood why rape as a crime merits a relatively light sentence.

The rape and murder scene in Eye for an Eye. Kiefer Sutherland. Haunts me years later.

The scene in the Basketball Diaries when the priest coach pays $$ for oral so Jim Carroll can buy heroin. Gave me nightmares for weeks.

Where should he have f’d the sheep? The barn seems like the most logical place.

What’s the name of the movie? I will make sure not to watch it.

The Accused. Wasn't much of a rape scene really, very mild by today's standards, but it's 40 years old now so there's that.
