Penn is a top 10 college with #1 undergraduate business, #1 MBA program, #5 law school, top 3 medical school, and so on.

Not really true, Penn has strong grad programs but you don't have to embellish. Their MBA is more comparable to top 3-5, while law school and medical school are more like top 10.

What ignorance on display here.

Wharton is #1 MBA. This is without question. Law school is top 5 and medical school is top 3.

There is no embellishment here. Just facts that anybody in these fields would agree with.

+1. Penn has a better business school than Duke's, the law schools are pretty even, and Duke has a better medical school.

Completely false regarding medical schools. Penn is a tier above Duke. USNews no longer ranks them properly however if you look at recent historical data when they did, Penn is almost always top 3 for research rankings, which is how medical schools are evaluated, their academic power, while Duke is nowhere close.

Why do you mention the gender? First, it isn't relevant. Second, her well-respected predecessor was a woman.

And to be factually accurate, Duke actually ran off a president in the late 60s. It was obviously a man and a very different era, but it happened. He was replaced by the legend Terry Sanford who turned Duke into the university it is today.

Yet another stupid, pointless, factually inaccurate post. I'm thinking the OP has not gotten much guidance from this thread. Though again, the original question, back so many pages, was really dumb to begin with.

It Is home to all types which is why it has become so popular. Kids are normal and the school didn't go too woke or lefty like HYP or Columbia.

When you get into the details of rankings, and really investigate quality metrics, academic departments, student outcomes, and so on, Penn is right up there with HYP.

Wealthiest people I know (in the tens or hundreds of millions, even one billionaire) all went to virtually unknown universities or had no college education at all. But they all started their own business and worked their butts off.

The correct answer to “where do I go to make mad stacks on the Street” is CUNY Baruch.

And be a Quant.
