Me: some kids and young adults sometimes have a hard time telling their parents/family they’re gay. This day can help them feel empowered to do that which can be a huge relief for them to not have to hide who they are

Different poster, but that would be AMAZING! As long as they are not dressed too provocatively for school kids, I think they would love it. A lot of the times, kids only hate what they are taught to hate. Drag is not inherently sexual, so it’s odd that people get all up in arms about it. People loved the movie Mrs. Doubtfire. I don’t recall people trying to ban the movie.
