I doubt it. Larry Hogan is going to run again, and he will beat Wes Moore.
Moore is a huge disappointment.
He is very smart and very slick, but he does not know how to govern and deal with bureaucracies, which are slow, inefficient and stupid. His political skills are not as sophisticated as he thinks they are. He's super slick in person, but he's done nothing for the people of Maryland.
Hogan will beat him.

I'm not sure how we can do this when the court ruled already that we had democratic gerrymandering and made us redraw the districts before the last election.
Newsom's idea seems innovative and has some guardrails built in. We just seem childish sometimes in our democratic approaches here in Maryland . All the feels and not of the operational details.
