- Not worried about our house payments( Low mortgage. Decent sized home).
- Not worried about retirement. (We will age in place)
- Worried about my grown kids future. (They are saving and being careful. We will bankroll as much as we can).
I can't tell if you are NOT worrying about these but this list would be similar to what stresses me out. There are too many to just list the one biggest stressor.
Make an exhaustive list and forget about those things that you cannot do anything about.
Then take practical steps - work on your health, make sure that you are immunized, eat healthy, exercise, take care of your home security, save money at home, let your kids stay at home so that they can save money on rent, create a peaceful environment at home, put effort towards your skills and education, be nice to people around you, pray, declutter your home, put your legal papers together, get in touch with your friends and relatives etc. You can only take practical steps for things that you can control.
