I worked with someone who still had her Farrah cut from 1977. It actually came back a little more relaxed about 3 years ago.

I rarely see this style anymore. I remember it being quite trending in the 2005-2010ish so maybe it's coming back? Remember the trend of undercuts with long hair? 2015? And I think the undercut would be dyed like blue or purple? One of my children's friends had that hair cut and my yoga teacher at the time too.

Side note, mullets became popular with lesbians due to the fact that hair wouldn't fall onto or get in the way of oral activities. Sort of a signal haircut.
