Trazodone didn't work for me. Doxepin has been better. 6mg.

It’s hard but if i don’t drink caffeine during the day I tend to get a better sleep.

Tylenol--many er drs use it for this, per one who recently treated my mom.

25k steps a day (better if it’s hard cardio), no alcohol ever, no food 5 hrs before bed, no overeating in general

NP, but I just did a quick Google and there’s a lot of corroboration from reputable sources. You can try it.
