It really is hard to find a comparable for W&M, esp if looking close to the DMV. Size, cost (even for OOS), rigor, vibe.

Agreed, our W&M kid did have U Rochester as a runner-up and had also submitted to Brandeis and CMU (fit the size even if the location could not be more different). Bio major.

Not sure what your trying to say or imply here; its not quirky at all. VCU is diverse, vibrant and rich.


I like quirky. VCU- emphasis on arts and medicine- gives me a quirky vibe. Plus it is in downtown Richmond.
