OMG this house is adorable! I don't love all the choices they made but the colors are gorgeous! Such a relief from from all the new builds that are stark and cookie-cutter.

I recommend Chevy Chase dc and AU park/tenley. We moved to one of these with middle and high school kids a year ago. Lots of kids. Schools are ok, but great. Housing is going on sale.

OP hasn’t come back. Discussion has veered off from the original request.

I’m guessing it’s people who aren’t regular users find the site, make a post and then forget about it or can’t find their post again.

Interesting - wonder if it needs significant structural work. Tax assessment is $1.15 and Zestimate is $1.5.

My guess would be they just want a bidding war and quick sale. Houses of that era rarely need structural work unless they’ve been butchered or were built in a neighborhood w/ marine clay

Takoma Park is a little undefined these days. It has turned over fast. Lots of new young families, not particularly lefty, and relatively expensive homes.
