how do you propose ensuring employers are incentivized to hire this large disabled workforce, with outdated skill and training delays, as often their time is filled with medical treatments? in a return to office, non-inclusive workforce of high cost employees competing with ai how will employers justify their hires? how will the government not discriminate against their hires?
