In that case, it sounds like DC is achieving the highest marks in all classes.
Here is what I would do for a gifted.
Self study APOS math.
Prepare for AIME, then AMO, then compete for team USA. Step by step.
Conduct extracurricular research with a college professor. Prepare for Regeneron ISEF.
Apply to RSI, MITES, SSP, etc.
