The celebration was not going to be a wastefully expensive, dictator type parade highlighting weaponry, ala North Korea style. That switch happened during Trump. He also tried to make this style of parade during his first term and the idea was shot down as it wasn't a good look.

Typically, US military parades highlight our PEOPLE who serve or have served rather than a gratuitous display of an excessive amount tanks that rip up roads.

And he should be apprehended and charged (and precedent suggests that he'd be eligible for a Presidential pardon). The vast majority of protests will be peaceful. Are you attempting to make a point?
