No, not final at all. Another round of options is coming in September, then maybe more after that.

Yes, depending on the option:
Option 1: Laytonsville ES - Neelsville MS - Gaithersburg HS
Option 2: no change/current cluster Laytonsville ES - Gaithersburg MS - Gaithersburg HS
Option 3: Laytonsville ES - Neelsville MS - Watkins Mill HS
Option 4: Laytonsville ES - Neelsville MS - Watkins Mill HS
---------------- no option for Baker/Damascus, which is what I hear most people in the Laytonsville area would like. I guess people will stick to private after ES, especially if Watkins Mill is chosen.
