Apart from being a loud boor on the take from Comstock, Pekarsky has a low IQ, was completely ineffective as a school board member, and has done little of note in the state legislature.
James Walkinshaw is a much better candidate. He was the former Chief of Staff to Connolly and got Connolly's endorsement when Gerry announced he was stepping down. He supports Democratic values, but doesn't treat support for labor as an excuse to haul in money from casino operators who want to encourage gambling, bring drugs and crime into a part of NoVa where they don't even live.

FACTS. Sure, anyone in Virginia could run for Connolly's old seat, but they should know the communities they are serving. She does not.
Also, why is no one talking about how Stella can't even serve a complete term at anything? She announced she was running for State Senate in 2023, only 3 years into her first elected position for the FCPS Board. Now she is running for Congress just 18 months after getting being elected to the VA-36th. Worst yet, if she were to win, Democrats would lose their majority in the Virginia State Senate until one can be elected. She doesn't care about protecting Virginians. She only serves herself.

I don't care for some of the ads, but, honestly, Connolly did endorse him before he died. Do you think any other candidate would not capitalize on that?

Who knew she "grew up on the edge of the Iron Curtain?"
She supports the casino.
She brags about being on the School Board--but she strongly supported closing the schools.
She’s an “educator” but I haven’t seen what type of teacher she was or when.
She’s an “immigrant” but it appears she was born in America.
She “grew up on the edge of the Iron Curtain” - where? When? What??
She’s nothing but empty ambition trying to climb to higher and higher office without ever having accomplished anything.
And she’s paying Ben Tribbett hundreds of thousands to spew insults and accusations into the community.
Ew. Anyone but Stella.
