Where are all of these well-maintained older women? The way some of you sound it's like most cities are crawling full of Gabrielle Unions and Salma Hayeks.
Or maybe find a stock internet photo of what you're seeing out there. Cuz I'm not seeing it.
A well maintained older woman in her 40-early 50s would look like a late 30s woman. You won’t realize the true age.

Anonymous wrote:I think you're bi. I have a friend who went through something similar at about the same age. She then had a long-term relationship with a woman after only dating men. She dates both in her 40s but I think she prefers women.

There could also be selection bias at play. The most attractive older men are either filtering well below their age or they're not showing up at places where older singles congregate. This means that the older men that older women are seeing are the less attractive ones.

Today's yahoo article - Bradley Cooper is officially one of the most handsome men in Hollywood. I look at his pictures and find him repulsive. He looks kind of trashy, he needs a rehab. I look at Gigi and want to sleep with her, not him. And wonder how she feels sleeping with him, does she find him attractive?

It is very abnormal to look at people in pictures and find them repulsive. Most people find some people attractive, some less attractive but to pass by someone or to see a picture and to feel disgusted and horrified by what you see and to be repulsed - that is odd.
It's not odd if you're not straight! OP if you really want to test things out New York isn't that far away from here. The gay and bisexual female scene is much bigger and better than in DC. Take a weekend trip to some lesbian bars in the next couple of months. Go find your Gigi Hadid! Q
Which bars would you recommend there ?
It's not a bar, but Skirt Club has monthly private events in Manhattan that are really fun. It's super friendly to newcomers as well.
