I'm 5'8 and 135-140 lbs. I wear a 4, sometimes a 6. I do workout but nothing extreme- I hike /walk an hour ish a day and lift 3-4 days a week

I’m 5’8 and 132 and I wear a 6-8. Funny how different it can be.

And I’m 5’8” and 135-140 and most often wear a 2. I have minimal curves and a long torso (32b, 27, 32). This little sidebar conversation surprises me—how do we vary in clothing size so much?

There is ZERO way Gaga is in the 8-10 range. She is TINY. Like size 0-2.

Gaga is chunky though. Beefy big girl despite being short.

NP but I have seen her IRL and she's a 4 at most. Maybe even a 2. She is TINY.

She is - saw her at an awards show years ago and was shocked at how small she is.

Ivanka Trump is 5’11”. That’s about my height and I wear an 8/10 and I’m no where near as thin as Ivanka. I’d say she wears a 4/6. A 10 is actually quite roomy (at least when you’re wearing non-designer clothes, like me).

Maybe five years ago. More like a 10 now.

Ivanka is a good guess, she has slimmed down considerably from her WH days.

I feel like I just stumbled into the 1950s and I need to meet my husband at the door with a kiss and a dry martini. All the women going to university, women in medicine and law and all we can do is judge the bodies of other gorgeous women. I’d kill to look like any of the names mentioned here.

Congrats on you weight loss, OP. I understand you are looking for style inspiration for your new body. It’s just sad it devolved into this.

So many of these celebs are on Ozempic or similar, so they are several sizes smaller now. Like Kelly.
