Mao was a pretty smart guy and he knew exactly what he was doing. A still-ascending China of today proves that. Compare what China can produce - literally anything - to what America still produces - almost nothing - and you’ll see the benefits of a Maoist system.

The number of people who “died under Mao” has always been grossly exaggerated by the west, as much as ten TIMES the actual number. And keep in mind - these were counter revolutionaries. Literally confederates, antigovernment extremists and insurrectionists. People waging a war of terror against a poplar socialist revolutionary government. A few were killed in combat against government forces, yes. I acknowledge that. But the vast majority of them fled mainland China and took over the Formosa Province - and did so by force. They still occupy it today, even going so far as renaming the island itself. Will you acknowledge that?

I'll never understand why people get so worked up over police shootings of violent people like this. Then when someone truly innocent is the victim of gun violence, but the killer is not a police officer, the same people don't care one bit. It's really disgusting.

I'll never understand why people get so worked up over police shootings of violent people like this. Then when someone truly innocent is the victim of gun violence, but the killer is not a police officer, the same people don't care one bit. It's really disgusting.
