Same; I don’t see any harm in them (toys) and just not saying anything at all as the parent.

But I can see some serious damage to the relationship and maybe even lifelong harmful stigmas, if a parent were to confiscate or shame or punish. And the type of toy is completely irrelevant (including a B*** plug).

I would either bring it up and have a funny, but honest conversation with him about it or just ignore it and put it back in the bag.

Kids are allowed to masturbate. It's fine...I think. I will admit using a toy instead of just your hand is weird to me, but this is a new generation who plays by different rules.

Just stop it. He’s my dependent and lives in my home and has not graduate from hs yet. I asked him 4 times to look for these slacks. He claimed he did. Even went to the dry cleaners to see if they were there. I don’t want to have to buy more dress pants. I bought the duffle bag and the clothing in it. I’ve not looked in a bag or in his things for years and sure don’t do so in a snooping way. So just stop with your holier than others attitudes.
