I recall in 2003 my company gave out company Treos/Blackberries to everyone.

My coworker said great now I can play Golf Every Friday as dont have to go to office or be on laptop at home in case anyone looking for me.

Pretty much he was right

Exactly. To think that it’s ok to get pedicures, shoppings and other errands done while working from home is outrageous. If you want to be getting that six figure salary, your butt better be in the office all day M-F. Not shopping at Costco while on “conference call”.

1. You don’t know that this person is a fed. And likely is not since they wouldn’t be wfh to get a pedicure since as you note…RTO.
2. You have no idea what their schedule, responsibilities, are
