She seems like a good mom but she lacks love or true happiness.

No, she doesn’t love him. Her prenup has a much higher payout if she stays with him than if she leaves.

His kids can’t stand her, and Trump would probably have left her for a more eager wife #4 if he thought MAGAs wouldn’t hold it against him. He needs a First Lady so he puts up with her disdain.
