That sounds dumb. Won’t you have to pay a lot of tax on such a huge TSP withdrawal? What’s your mortgage interest rate?
I have family members who came to US in their 50s and make 80K a year as nursing assistants. Nursing assistants can make $25 an hour( can make more in private duty) in the DMV region. With some overtime (time and a half per hour), 80K is very doable.
CNA licensing programs take 6 weeks, and they are everywhere such as in community colleges, private CNA schools, some hospitals and nursing homes will pay for your training.
Other relatives did a 1 year second bachelor's in nursing. Nurses can easily make 100k with little overtime.
