Is this a serious question or a joke?

I might hold my nose for them if they could get congress to pass a budget on time. How about three months before the start of the fiscal year so that we have better ability to plan.

No. My agency is severely understaffed and work is pouring in. They told us to cut staff - any staff - for the take of being able to say we reduced staff. That’s the sole goal - reduction. No why or wherefore. Just indiscriminate reduction. Destruction is a side bonus.

Opposite of efficiency, logic, and good sense.

The DOGGIES have fired preeminent experts in various fields. Good luck to the American people who will suffer as a result. I hope the Trump supporters suffer most. They deserve it. And they will suffer. Mark my words.

I think every Fed would be grateful if poor performers left. You know the ones who merely meet expectations and were verging on a PIP.

I thought OPM wanted most feds to be graded as meets expectations? Because that means they're doing their job and doing it well.

No. It’s a firehouse of doge-shit nonstop. All of the senior managers have left, the rest of us are drowning in daily requests for information and insane EO’s we have to try and interpret and comply with… and then there’s the indignity of being told to find creative ways to put yourself out of work.
