When J6-ers were prosecuted and imprisons, Democrats were in power. Will they send them to ElSalvador next time? Perhaps. Who knows?

I know that, but for everyone to see it and grasp it completely it will have to take something big like having a case go to the SC and then having the SC side with him when clearly the government case is unconstitutional. The sooner one of these cases goes to the SC, the better. If they DON'T side with him, then he will be exposed as full of sh*t. It's going to have to come to a head sooner or later.

I hope Trump DOES act on his threats to send US citizens, including Tesla arsonists, to prison in El Salvador. It would be unconstitutional due to protections against cruel and unusual punishment (Eighth Amendment) and requirements under the First Step Act to keep federal prisoners near their residences. If he tries it, it will go to the Supreme Court.
