An entire years season pass at Kings Dominion is 99 bucks. Who spends this for Busch Gardens?

Didn’t read the whole thread, but while I’m not really an amusement park person, I think Busch Gardens is great. That said, one day is plenty. We have done plenty of trips to Williamsburg and Busch Gardens…part of the appeal is it’s an easy trip and doesn’t cost a fortune. No need to spend thousands.

We did Europe last year it was ok but we're trying to keep it local plus we only fly business class so it adds up

If you are the “only fly business class to Europe” kind of family, I think you’ll hate BG. Especially since it’s pretending to be europe.

2 years ago we spent an evening plus a day at BG during spring break. On the full day we spent there, I think it closed at 6pm. Which is to say there is no way that a dining plan of any sort is worth it.

The highlight was the evening we spent there. It was empty. Attendents let my little kid ride the little kid rides repeatedly, without getting off. My bigger kid was getting off rides, and getting right back on after maybe a round. It was lots of fun.

Pack some snacks, do one day at Busch Gardens and save the rest to do a quick trip to Universal in January. You'll still come out ahead

You don’t need the unlimited or quick queque at BGW. You also don’t need all-day dining. And one day is enough.

How old are your kids? I feel like you need to research the parks a little more.

I love amusement parks and Busch Gardens but … that is one expensive Busch Gardens trip!

I've stayed at the nicest hotel in Williamsburg at the Kingsmill Resort. It has a shuttle to the park and did not spend that much. You're getting ripped off.
