+1. It doesn't feel premium or hip in any way. The employee caliber is terrible. Staff are either weird, look dirty, they're angry, or all the above. How can Chick-fil-A hire all upbeat happy clean-cut staff but Starbucks with good pay, insurance, and free college can't?
