Will they both play in this new league? Why are their two B teams? (south of Potomac is Bethesda, LOL)
I believe that Potomacs first team will play in this league.

Potomac’s top team stays ECNL. Their RL team will prob play in this league— the ECRL teams in Virginia play in VPSL; it’s a way of titling the conference.
I see this as the MD equivalent of VPSL [as does the map.] This means all those RL teams won't have to drag up to NJ to play
There aren’t many RL teams amongst those clubs. Few on the boys side and even less girls. There’s one girls RL team from those clubs that goes up to NJ (MD United). And then what about Bethesda and Pipeline?
I see what you’re saying about the map but I also don’t quite see how adding clubs the likes of Brit Am and Rockville Soccer, basically MSI Classic clubs that are branching out more into travel, even remotely compare to RL. And they don’t even have teams many of those years u13-18.
