PP here. My husband and I don't own any guns, and I'm not familiar with any mass murderers. It does seem that one of the type the New Orleans killer used can kill a lot of people. His truck killed a lot of people, too. Mentally ill people should not be allowed to operate guns or vehicles.

Or at least, not release it to the general public. The mayor knew it was a terrorist attack, which is why she said so in her press conference.
