nope
He believes in Eugenics, so if you have disabled people in your family, you should probably be concerned.

Many people in this country are unable to work. But the Republicans want to get rid of SSI (welfare) and SSDI.
What do you want to happen to them?
Think the blind, those without limbs, those who can no longer walk or stand, those with intellectual disabilities, the severely autistic.
What will happen to those millions of people with no income after Elon Musk and his efficiency crew cancels anything not money generating?

She has a long list of vague symptoms that make her disabled and that is going to come back to bite her. It will make it really easy to deny her coverage for pre-existing conditions.
If Trump gets rid of lifetime maximums and protections for pre-existing conditions, she is screwed and part of me thinks - that's good.
I'm the bleeding heart liberal who fights for anyone who needs help but I've kind of had it with people who don't bother to educate themselves at least on what is in their own best interest.
So I'm horrified by Trump and I hope the damage he inflicts is minimized as much as possible.
But if he is going to make things hard for people - I hope it's the idiots who thought the man with "a concept of a plan" was the person they should support instead of a woman who actually had the ability to make things better for them.
And Harris would have had medicare fund home health care workers. Well I hope all those people who voted for Trump and need to pay out of pocket for help realize they did it to themselves.
Your arrogance is quite something.
And clearly her "bleeding heart" bled out years ago because it has no heart left.

Yes SSI is what people go on after they reach the max limit for welfare - aside: in DC there is no max limit for welfare.
The “disabilities” are often depression and anxiety. They often have kids who have ADHD and something else like anxiety who also receive payments. If the 2 year max had not enacted for welfare these people would not be “disabled” they would just be receiving welfare.

But rather than cutting off the transfer-payments, we could just make life a little better for the wagies, but that might negatively impact a quarterly statement here or there.

I worked hard to become rich, so fk it. Imma set back and watch it burn down.
+1 this is exactly what I got from this election. I don’t care about other people anymore. They should live with the consequences of their choices. I have worked hard for what I have, let them do the same.
So you will be happy with them all begging on the streets? People with autism, people with IQs in the 50s, people with Cornelia de Lange syndrome?

It's possible that congress could block some of his worst instincts but who knows? He will be a four year "lame duck" president with no fear of the consequences of any of his actions. He could shoot a disabled person on Pennsylvania Ave and get away with it. The very best we can hope for the disabled being no worse off in four years. Better off? No way.
I fear for my disabled young adult, and loathe all Trump voters.
WE did the right thing and voted for Democrats.
We are making a family plan now to protect ourselves.
Not being snarky, but you should contact ARC of Northern Virginia. They provide very good resources to help care for adult child after you die.
