You think the Democratic party wants people who aren't Democrats voting in Democratic primaries? Is that why they went to court to stop this?

that’s why I don’t get why the ballot initiative was allowed to be so vaguely worded. I had no idea what concretely I would be voting for.
The Council would need to draft legislation to implement RCV and fund it. So the Council gets the final say in how RCV is implemented. They who pay the piper call the tune...
