As an example, I ate eight!! slices of that Japanese cake from Costco yesterday, and then ice cream, in addition to Korean fried chicken. It has caught up to me a little, I am 125 lbs at 54, and before I was 107. But, I was so happy eating all that food and do not give a s*it!

I am unfamiliar with Japanese cake from Costco and would love to learn more.

Castella Cake.

Skim adds nothing to coffee. Like a splash of cold water.

If you put anything, you are not a real coffee drinker! So disgusting.

You can use cream or creamer or half and half when you are younger, but by middle age it's going to hurt.

I'm 54, not a huge deal unless you are using a ton of it and not exercising.
