That’s the problem- she was bigger by early-2000s Hollywood standards when she filmed The Simple Life next to Paris Hilton. That kicked off her eating disorder.

Nobody in great shape got there or stays there by walking a little each day.
Excuse me? I'm 5' 10" and have weighed about 135-137 all my adult life. Walking 3 to 4 mikes every day may not put you in the greatest shape (I used to work out at Crossfit) but it can sure keep the pounds off.
3-4 miles per day is not "walking a little each day". That's a LOT of walking. To put that in perspective for you, that would take me, someone 5'4", at least three hours.
I'm a walker, not a jogger or runner, and a moderately paced walk would get that done in under 2 hours.

WTF? What are you doing crawling?
I used to run marathons and played college soccer--but that shot my lower back. So--I recently had to switch to walking over running and can do 4 miles easily in an hour.
