I think the majority feel the same. Still not voting for Trump.

The majority, perhaps, but clearly not the political elites who welcome illegal immigrants with housing, money, and (apparently) sex change surgeries.

You really think we are stupid enough to believe that the government is paying for sex change surgery for undocumented migrants??

Not now, but Kamala wants to make that the law when she’s elected. She’s on ads on television stating her support for taxpayer funded sex changes for prisoners and illegal immigrants.

You mean Trump is running ads accusing her of this?

In any case, who gives a *&(# ? Do you think there are so many prisoners and undocumented immigrants seeking gender reassignment surgery that it will put any kind of dent in the federal budget?

Compare that with what Trump's tax cuts for billionaires and his proposed tariff-heavy concept of an economic plan will do to the economy.

This combines Trump's two biggest wedge issues: immigration and trans stuff.

Without these, Trump basically has no platform.

I don't why Democrats couldn't distance themselves from the excesses of the trans movement, like the six foot tall transwomen playing in women's sports, but now it may get Trump re-elected.

You’re exactly right. If the Democrats followed reasonable policies on the border and trans issues, this election would be a non-issue. It’s insane that Trump has a chance of winning this thing, but here we are.

Exactly and as the child of immigrants myself, I am voting for Trump based primarily on this issue. If you are for open borders or think it’s racist to enforce border laws you need your head examined.

See her answer to question 14.

It is important that transgender individuals who rely
on the state for care receive the treatment they need, which includes access to treatment associated with gender transition. That’s why, as Attorney General, I pushed the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to provide gender transition surgery to state inmates. I support policies ensuring that federal prisoners and detainees are able to obtain medically necessary care for gender transition, including surgical care, while incarcerated or detained. Transition treatment is a medical necessity, and I will direct all federal agencies responsible for providing essential medical care to deliver transition treatment.

Frankly, Biden administration's border policies and their enforcement is borderline criminal, I say this as a legal immigrant and a democrat. All his grand kids attend top tier private schools while rest of the public is left to deal with the consequences of their actions, their communities have been destroyed.

So No, they are not legal immigrants. They do not have green cards. They are here under Temporary protected status. Yes, they are allowed to be here for now, but it is not implied they are legal immigrants who will be allowed to stay in the US when TPS runs out.

There are many types of legal immigrants. They are allowed to be here under the law. They are therefore legal.

Legal temporarily. TPS does not imply any access to green cards or permanent legal status. Once TPS runs out, they may not stay here per the law the way it is written. TPS confers them no legal status once over.

Well, after reading what I wrote, from humanitarian perspective they needed visa more than he did but from American point of view, a person who wants to come legally and bring his education, skills, experience and money, makes a better addition.

My friend had to wait 15 years for his entry through family immigration even though he was a grad student here who left after school instead of illegally staying with expired visa, made money working for an American company in Asia and brought two million dollars with him. Millions of illegals were handed visas before him.
