He was already twice divorced with a known history of cheating. She has more to lose reputation wise. From what I understand he actually bragged about the relationship to his friends, and that's how it got back to her editors.

I wish he would but he just keeps inserting himself into the public eye. I can't stand him. I think she's toast in Hollywood though and he'll just keep going. He is like a virus that needs a vaccine.
In this particular case, the affair partner RFK Jr has already killed children with his anti-vaccine stance, maimed a bear and left it in Central Park, gutted a whale, was terrible to his suicidal second wife and BBQed a dog--so there's not much more that could hit him that could change people's opinions about him.
