One of the player posted "We won top bracket of the Loudoun Premier Cup and didn't lose a single game". True they didn't lose a single game. They played 2 games and both ended in a 1-1 tie

Who cares what the scores were- they managed to beat teams that should be better than them, and they did win the bracket. They should be proud.

Biggest issue we saw was nobody checking player cards. One “independent” club team came back on Sunday with a handful of new players that were conspicuously absent the first day. All were bigger, faster and better than the rest of the team they put out there when they lost by almost double digits.
Heard that happened in more than 1 age group too.

So . . . you're an adult on an anonymous message board criticizing a 14 yr. old player for posting about a tournament win on Instagram? Who is allowed to show some pride, and how should they phrase it? Just players on top teams? Just players on MLS Academies?

Edit: played tournaments. Most clubs, save Arlington, played friendlies. Arlington had player orientation and photos this weekend
Arlington boys scrimmaged DC United this weekend with exception to U16 because DCU doesn't field a team.
DCU has U16 this year and they scrimmaged Arlington this past Saturday.
Arlington u15 will destroy neighboring Alexandria and SYC mls next teams

Too teams getting destroyed or being placed in lower brackets is not the best way to start the year and definitely a good indication of where people should be looking mid-year club wise. If you can't get your team together preseason to even competitively play against supposed similar teams, I can't imagine why anyone would want to go there for next year.

Bolen park and Hanson park are both top notch grass field complexes and were WAY better than playing at LSP. The new turf at Bolen by the DC United facility was awesome too. Loudoun has great fields, they just need new turf desperately at their main complex.
