Tonight, I was on a zoom call sponsored by @WinWithBLKWomen attended by 40K energized Black women for Kamala.
They originally expected 1K. Then 3K. Then 18K. By the time it got up to 40K it was clear:
The Sisters are ready for battle.
This is very exciting. I hope that the Indian American women will become just as energized and do the same. After all, Kamala was raised by her Indian American mother and spent summers in India with her grandparents, why is she rarely discussed as Indian or Blasian.

I remember Hillary supporters were so adamant that Hillary was going to win and they were crowning her queen of the USA.
Then the election results rolled in and so many pink hat wearers were in tears the next day. It was hilarious. Watch it happen all over again for the Dems. They have the uncanny ability to nominatehorrendous female politicians.
At least they aren't nominating a convicted rapist.

Hahaha. No. The lessons were learned. We all got so burned by trump. He must never be elected again.

Michigan could be in play too.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Ok, but that is only 6% of the entire population. There are more Hispanic women now. You're going to need to galvinize a LOT more than that of the population to win.
Only a few states matter in presidential elections. Harris will crush the popular vote as usual. The entire game for her is how to win the swing states.
But two of those states are NC and GA. Which do have sizable populations of Black women who could swing it to Harris. And it won’t hurt Tim Kaine in his down ballot race in VA (not that he’s in much danger of losing).

!! Meanwhile Black men are increasingly moving to Trump
Maybe. From a Very Small number to a slightly bigger Very Small number. And no one has assessed the correlation between polling responses to actual behavior. Paid actors at Trump’s rallies don’t really matter much since they’re not influencing a larger population.
More importantly though, any relevant polling will now have to take into account Harris as the probable candidate.
Reported support for Trump vs Biden may not be the same as reported support for Trump vs Harris.
While Harris is a former prosecutor, Trump is the one who put out full page ads encouraging death for a group of Black and Brown teens — who had not yet been tried in court and who were later exonerated. Most Black people are well aware how Trump views us and “black jobs”.
Delicious that POTUS has suddenly come a Black, female job.

+1 focus on the swing states.
How is she in swing states?. Did she get s good amount of donations there?. How is she pulling in swing states?
someone put up a tweet showing the donations by state. I don't recall all the swing states, but there were definitely a significant size coming from the upper midwest. FL also had large numbers. That was a surprise.
This is a map of new small dollar donations since Biden dropped out.

Poor Trump. He is going to be so disappointed. He worked so hard for the last year+ to try and swing that small percentage of the black male vote. It only worked because he was facing Biden who the black men viewed as too old and not able to continue the racial progress. But with Biden stepping aside, you can bet that the majority of those votes that had swung to Trump will be swinging back to Harris, because they realize that she will be much more in tune with what they need. Trump was the lesser of two evils vs Biden, but he is by far the greater of two evils vs Harris.
Give it a couple of weeks and you'll see the black vote eroding away from Trump back to Harris. Add in the number of young people that are energized to vote for her, and there is going to be a real slide over the next month or two. Trump is going to have one of his temper tantrums watching the polls over the next few months.
Most of those black male voters will never make it to the voting booth.
