If something outside of the team itself starts creating drama, they will:
1) handle it so it doesn't any longer
2) if they can't control it, they will block it out or bail
If they're anything close to smart, they won't be under lots of pressure, but there to coach a team up. And if some entity decides that's not enough, they'll probably be happy to forego their $3,000 minimum wage job. It's VHSL lacrosse, not the NFL, or even many levels below that.

I simply asked what you meant. It's Virginia high school lacrosse. Battlefield hasn't won 10 state championships with a longstanding history of national prominence. Centreville varsity staff is all leaving
None of the freshman are going to private school
