Are they poor? Are they ugly? Average?
My gf is 25, 5'8", very pretty (a "9"), thin (flat stomach), long hair. She is one of the top 5 prettiest women I have ever been with.

My body, my choice.
DP here. I’m genuinely curious what these 50 something year old men look like. Sure, if you look like Brad Pitt or George Clooney, I can see young and old women being attracted.
I really can’t see my 25 year old self being interested in a 55 year old man.

+1 I'm 53, and that's gross. I can't even imagine dating a 77 yr old man. Super gross.
Yeah, when I was in college, grad school and living a young professional life, I met so many guys my same age. I can’t imagine being attracted to an old guy. The older guys I worked with were mostly all married with kids. There were a few single ones and they seemed kind of sleezy. I had absolutely zero interest in them. I can’t imagine a self respecting, well educated young female dating someone double their age.

I’m assuming rich men can date women of any age.
I recently went to Miami with my middle aged girlfriends and went to a club. I got totally dragged. I did not want to go. Men who were in their forties and fifties had young girls at their table. I guess if you are spending thousands of dollars on bottle service and can park your yacht, you can attract young hot women.
I cannot imagine well educated college girls from a good family wanting to sit with and hang out with rich old men.
The typical balding, not fit, not rich MC 55 year old who has to pay child support and pay for their kid in college is not attracting these young hot women.
As someone who dates a hedge fund manager from NYC in my 40s for over a year exclusively, I can attest that even those men often don't date these girls. They have a main partner who is just as successful as them in New York and are hanging out with young babies who seek dolce vita on business trips.

I have teens and I remember when I was in my twenties. I totally thought a 30yo was old. I don’t think 20 something year old girls are trying to date 50 year olds.
I am sure there are some desperate women from poor backgrounds that may want a sugar daddy type situation but I personally don’t know anyone like this. You can be hopeful and have a life of your own before trying to date a man who is your dad’s age.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:The age gap works best in really high cost of living cities. Only 1% of the population marries with a 20 year age gap. It's not typical of most men and women. Money. Money. Money. And real estate.
So 3.5 million American men marry a woman 20 years or more younger.
