What about his refusal to submit to a cognitive test during his physical? It is cause for concern. If he doesn’t have dementia, why would he avoid the test? He should be as sharp as a tack
He didn't "refuse" one. His doctors deemed there was no reason for it.
So, pretty much he refused/declined.
I wonder why that is.

His stories are impossible to prove and the rightwing just looks anti-black anytime they try to prove Biden was lying about them. It contrasts pretty strongly with DJT, who actually paid fines for housing discrimination.
He is telling stories because polls say he is losing a small but maybe significant margin of the black vote to Trump. I highly doubt he was arrested on the porch with a black family during the civil rights era.
At least he didn’t say “I marched with Dr.MLK”. Bernie Sanders said this as well (though he probably did March). It’s kinda a joke in black circles that even black elders lie and say this to seem more important. Since the march was so large; there’s no way to proof someone was or wasn’t there.
He did claim he was arrested in South Africa with the UN ambassador trying to see Nelson Mandela.
He was awarded a "pants on fire" designation by Politifact and 4 Pinocchios by the WaPo for that claim.

He also claimed he was arrested in Delaware protesting for civil rights.
No evidence of that either.

Anyone with a brain is laughing at Republicans who voted for such a clown to be their leader.

Do your doctors not require one from you?
