Natural and casual chatting with strangers before phones that occupy every spare minute.

I hate for my kids that they don't have lockers, textbooks, workbooks. They lug around chromebooks and folders with papers. All day to every class. They are actually starting to prefer doing their worksheets online.

I hope that their brains are adapting and retaining. For me, I need tangible paper and pens to take notes.

I miss paths ending organically, losing track of people. I hate that social media makes it possible to reconnect with people. I think it throws off the natural order.

but they don’t have he new books- those are online. They are buying fewer and fewer actual books every year. It is not the same.

NP. It’s normal for my family. Mom, aunt and I had kids in our 40s.
