As for weed though, I really enjoy gummies or other edibles, very rarely vape or take a hit because I don't like smoke. Never in front of or around my kids, never when I'll need to drive. Adds to the experience of a concert or nice dinner, or just to unwind with DH. A 5 mg edible is just right, I'm not sloppy or thinking unclearly, I sleep great, wake up feeling fine. I don't crave it and am in no way dependent on it. It's legal where I live and in my mind alcohol is much more risky at my age.

+1
I do love wine but I can't deal with the effects, at most I can do one glass with food. Edibles have zero recovery time and I'm not woozy

How small are these gummies that people eat 1/4? Or do yours not come in different strengths?

I haven't had forgetfulness but it has amplified my experience of a show/movie

I doubt that. You just don’t know that they use cannabis. I guarantee you my kids’ friends’ parents have no clue that I take edibles or smoke weed as i never do it around anyone except my husband, after kids are in bed and we aren’t going anywhere outside the house. I only take 1/4-1/2 of a gummie. I’m never getting trashed.

Maybe. But the OP is asking about if other mothers are constantly asking to smoke weed and actively trying to get you to participate. So if any of my friends and/or acquaintances smoke weed or use edibles, I’m aware of it; they never talk about it, do it in social settings I’ve been apart of, or have invited me. It’s never come up in conversation at all with anyone I know.

Op here. I don’t think they constantly ask to smoke weed but that is what they get most excited about. I would rather go to a nice dinner or spa.

I'd rather do both

I never do either with my children around and would never get behind the wheel in any level of intoxication. Say what you want but I’m not hurting anyone nor am I stoned out of my mind. It’s wild how judgmental people are on here.

Judgmental of drug and alcohol use is not a bad thing. Go take a gummy.

It's 2024, Weed has been shown to be tremendously more beneficial than alcohol and your righteous little attitude is not helping anyone

In all the years, weed have never been shown to be beneficial and you’re drug tolerant attitude is not helping anyone and in fact harming.

Likely not the same crowd as the SAH stroller moms...
