I work from home so I don’t wear it in the winter, when I spend very little time outside. But maybe I should since my desk is in front of a window?

I drink a lot of filtered water and avoid excess caffine. I drink a small espresso in the AM and then it's matcha/herbal teas in the afternoon. Cold press juices. I never eat "fast food" and when I do dine out, I stick to vegetarian options.
Yoga, barre and pilates 6x a week, plus I walk a mile or more a day. My yoga practice is generally 90 minutes long. Sauna 1-2x a week.
I've been using various retinol products since I was 16, along with sun screen, and my skin looks great. My skin care is not complicated, but I use only the best--La Prarie. I get about 10 hours of sleep every night too. I also retired at 21, so that helps.
Live your life, girl! I’m jealous!

In the meantime, I’m doing Botox in my 11s and considering filler in nasolabial folds.
Don’t do the nasolabial folds. They suck but there is literally no way to fix them that doesn’t make you look really weird.

Being social has nothing to do with skincare.
Dp. No, but it brings happiness, which makes pp look good. Mean, unhappy people don't look that good when they're older. Being nice, in shape and happy goes a long way in making older people look good. Also, no booze.
You think only nice and happy people are social? And mean and unhappy people aren’t? Again, has nothing to do with skincare.
You're being overly literal. PP is saying that by living a good, fulfilling, happy life, it helps her look good.
You and pp are being overly literal if you think being social helps one look more youthful.
Positive mental health absolutely shows on the face.
You’re full of sh!t.

I'm very much into nutrition and eat low carb, whole foods, lots of veggies and fish. No refined sugar. I've always taken care of my skin and teeth, nothing ages you more than worn, uneven, stained teeth. As long as one has tons of money and good health, it's easy.
