Nope. She got more because she wouldn’t take a plea deal and gambled. Boo hoo!
I think so too. They offered her house arrest but she was arrogant and took it to trial and showed no attempt to get rehabilitation until after the conviction. And it’s #4.

Since it's only a year, will she end up at Seven Locks, or go to Jessup? I think Jessup is the only MD state prison that handles female inmates.
