As long as all parties are informed it’s casual and not on drugs it’s nobody business.
But OPs story is about a man who lied. He got not consensual sex by lying . If women knew he had others, they would not have slept with him

Different men have different tastes and preferences. I only slept with 5, and all of them told me they didn't like when a woman yells like crazy. Point is, I dated a bunch of them like this and didn't get an STD. I know people on here think the slightest contact for a few seconds and you end up with a list of STDs, but that's just not always the case.
