Applegate chicken nuggets are significantly less bad than McDonald’s. Sure, breading isn’t great but simply not being submerged in saturated fats for 5 minutes makes them better.

Oh calm down immigrant. Plenty of American eat like this as well. I’m a third generation American (great grandparents from Germany) and grandparents cooked at home and did not allow sugar, I was raised much the same.

Yes - they aren't fast food but just as bad. High fat and sodium. A granola bar vs a snickers bar. It is marketed as being healthier.

I don't think the menus are all that different. Chicken nuggets have high fat and sodium, grilled chicken nuggets only has a small amount of fat and sodium.
The salads have all the info needed to make a decision.
It’s really what you choose to eat there. 4 chicken nuggets instead of 12. Small French fires instead of large. Plain hamburger instead of Big Mac.
Common sense don’t overeat and choose the healthiest and there’s not a problem.
