Is this official? I didn't see it posted anywhere on Arlington's website or social media. My kid will be happy.

I was wondering the same.

Anonymous wrote:JA was one of our favorites too. He is a great coach. Luckily this nut job is easily identifiable and most of us know who he is by his idiotic comments matching his sideline behavior. Everyone was happy when he switched clubs. Unfortunately, his daughter is a sweet heart. This comment alone should justify a comment to social services and I am seriously considering it.

Everyone knows who this crazy dad is. We wish he would have stayed in McLean instead of bringing his brand of insanity to Arlington. He posts the same type of random comments on many of the forums. Who cares what u9 kids left 3-4 years ago to follow their coach to another club. Little kids leave clubs all the time and no normal, sane person keeps posting nasty comments on different forums about it.

How many kids are they bumping down/cutting to make room? We were at a club where 11 kids were cut from the top team.

They will, yes. You can go to tryouts and be given an offer for the top team. You can accept that offer. Then they may move you down if they decide they like someone better.

A couple of years ago, 2 or 3 families from McLean 2012 G realized how awful their team was going to be after tryouts were over and offers accepted.

They asked Arlington if they could join their team. Arlington said yes. A corresponding number of Arlington girls were pushed down to the 2nd team to accommodate the former McLean girls.

Not exactly accurate, They left before tryouts. Followed HM and MM to ASA, fed up with JA. The team would have been fine.

This is accurate. They followed the coaches to Arlington. Nobody on Arlington were offered the spot and got moved down because of this. The girls that were moved down didn’t get an offer to begin with.

Yours is not the story one of the families tells. According to them, their daughter was moved to the second team to make way. All things considered, from what I know of this family and how they come across versus the families that came from McLean, I tend to believe the original Arlington family.

Not sure how it's not accurate? The Arlington players did get moved down to make room for the Mclean players. But none of those Arlington players got the offer to be on the top team then got moved down afterward. That would be a shitty thing to do but that was not happened in this case. This is how it's done in all age group.

If this is true -- what is the issue? Players should be moved down if there are better players from the outside.

Ha ! Oh-- a presentation implies someone directing that--a video or speaker.

pres·en·ta·tion

1.
the giving of something to someone, especially as part of a formal ceremony.
"the presentation of certificates to new members"

2.
a speech or talk in which a new product, idea, or piece of work is shown and explained to an audience.
"a sales presentation"

How fed up can u9 families be... really?

Watch some parents antics on the sidelines, especially before and after games. See how they treat others, watch them scream at their kid after games. That will answer your question.
