Cannot believe this is a 6 page thread. OP - buy a damn box of tea and take it with you! This isn't rocket science.

We were just in Grand Cayman over winter break and I had tea with my breakfast every morning at the Westin. (yes, I know not PR but if there is tea served in GC I would think it wouldn't be a shocking request in PR)
