Why do you think that? If the interim was a white male, would you say the same? Because that is all they have seemed to pick in the past and you were fine with it. What a damning indictment of Dr McKnight. Leadership 101 is having a strong deputy or key figure with whom board could rely upon in her absence. She already had health scare and should have been grooming her replacement.

This is how you know you’ve got embattled B Teamers in charge. The next one is coming in with real ethical doubts so will spend valuable time on defense.

She has job jumped a lot so no real experience in any job. Wonder who she knows or who owes her.
